My Story

With the life experience and background that I have, I like to call myself 'a citzen of the world'. My parents are Canadian and American/Austrian and their parents and grandparents come from both Eastern Europe and the Ottoman Empire. I have lived and worked as a ballet dancer and cultural entrepeneur on three continents and spent most of these years on both cultural and culinary projects. My greatest ambition is to facilitate the bringing together of people with different backgrounds, cultures and talents, and to give them space to develop them.
